Remote Support
If required for our telephone support, you can start up a Remote Support session from this page.

Click the button and proceed as follows:
- Click [Open] in the 'Download file' dialogue box.
- The helpdesk employee gives you a unique session number.
- Use the [select] button to indicate which applications the helpdesk employee may and may not see.
- Activate the 'transfer taskbar, desktop and system' checkbox.
The helpdesk employee can now look with you at the programs you have indicated.
