Remote Support

If required for our telephone support, you can start up a Remote Support session from this page.



Click the button and proceed as follows:

  1. Click [Open] in the 'Download file' dialogue box.
  2. The helpdesk employee gives you a unique session number.
  3. Use the [select] button to indicate which applications the helpdesk employee may and may not see.
  4. Activate the 'transfer taskbar, desktop and system' checkbox.

The helpdesk employee can now look with you at the programs you have indicated.
