Ever since the first version, Stabicad has been equipped with the central project management environment, StabiBASE. In the meantime, we are 27 years and many versions further and StabiBASE has developed into a powerful base for document management, completely in line with the building services engineering sector. StabiBASE takes care of the drawing and project administration and structures the management of all your drawings, relevant documents and databases.

The project setting configuration is also done in StabiBASE. This ensures a uniform corporate identity within BIM projects. A BIM coordinator or BIM consultant from Stabiplan can enter settings in StabiBASE that are subsequently the same for the entire project, or, if so desired, several projects. Examples of such settings are use of color, paper formats, the desired intersection solution and material preferences. The settings are template-transcending, guaranteeing uniformity. For instance, by only making the manufacturers that are used in the project available, errors are prevented and you are assured that materials used are in line with industry standards.

In addition to this, data automatically enters the drawing title block and vice versa. When working in Revit with central and local files or Revit Server, the MEP engineer has continuous access to this engineering database for modifying and adding technical information based on codes. StabiBASE ensures that these stored codes are available for all project participants. StabiBASE information is automatically updated in the BIM model.
